2nd Privacy Round Table in Delhi

Abstract
The Centre for Internet and Society (CIS), FICCI and DSCI are organising a ‘Privacy Round Table’ at the FICCI Federation House, Tansen Marg, New Delhi on Saturday, August 24, 2013, 10.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
The aim of the Round Table is to discuss the ‘Report of the Group of Experts on Privacy’ by the Justice A.P. Shah Committee, the text of the ‘Citizen’s Privacy (Protection) Bill, 2013’, drafted by the Centre for Internet and Society, and ‘Strengthening Privacy Protection through Co-Regulation’ by DSCI.
The discussions and recommendations from the meeting will be published into a compilation, and presented at the Internet Governance meeting planned for October 2013.
