Abstract
The Dialogue is organising this Stakeholder Consultation to discuss the key aspects and elements of the Personal Data Protection Bill, 2019. The Internet Democracy Project is participating.
As India’s Personal Data Protection Bill now is with the Joint Parliamentary Committee, it is imperative to drive informed discourses that enable the stakeholders with the best possible ideas towards enacting a rights based privacy law in India. This stakeholder consultation aims to contribute to that goal.
