Round Table on Intermediary Liabilities

Abstract
Sflc.in and FICCI are coorganising a round table on the Intermediary Guidelines that were issued by the Indian government in April 2011.
The round table plans to focus on the issues faced by the Industry and Internet users after the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 came into force in April 2011.
It is the first in a series of nation wide consultations being organised to elicit feedback from various stakeholders on the issue. The round table proposes to have a productive sharing of ideas and to collate data on the experience so far for facilitation of better policy on this issue.
