Indian Police Foundation Seminar on Cyber Crime

Shaurya CRPF Officers' Institute, Institutional Area, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi

The event brings together policy makers and experts to provide an opportunity for the police and security leadership to evaluate their preparedness in their roles as first responders and investigators of cyber crimes. Anja Kovacs from the Internet Democracy Project will be one of the speakers at the seminar.

The seminar is an effort towards having a nation-wide collaborative and coordinated action among various actors to tackle cyber crime. The event seeks to get police authorities, regulatory authorities, the IT industry, banking and financial institutions and the government together, to work at a strategic level and exchange expertise and best practices.
