Facilitating Effective Civil Society Engagement in GCCS2015

This pre-event for the Global Conference on Cyberspace 2015 (GCCS2015) is organised by the Civil Society Advisory Board of the GCCS and facilitated by Global Partners Digital, in partnership with the Government of the Netherlands. Anja Kovacs is part of the Advisory Board and is participating in the event as a resource person.

This pre-event will be the culmination of a capacity building programme to facilitate effective civil society participation in GCCS 2015, consisting of a training and a strategy strand. This effort has been launched through a series of webinars running from March until the pre-event itself.

The pre-event will bring together civil society actors and experts from over 35 countries to undergo in-depth training on key Cyberspace issues by leading experts, and engage in a dedicated strategy session designed to feed in civil society input to GCCS 2015.
