Decolonise the Internet will bring together a group of community organizers, technologists, scholars, artists, archivists, Wikimedians and more, who all work on issues of knowledge and online technologies from multiple perspectives. The aim of the gathering is to build alliances and shared strategies.

Nayantara from the Internet Democracy Project will be attending.

The event is being organised by Whose Knowledge?. Whose Knowledge? is a global, multilingual campaign that seeks to center the knowledges of marginalized communities — the majority of the world — on the internet. We work in particular with women, people of color, LGBTQI communities, indigenous peoples and others from the global South.
