Abstract
The event is organised by UNESCO New Delhi, in collaboration with National Digital Library of India to commemorate the International Day for Universal Access to Information. Radhika Radhakrishnan from the Internet Democracy Project was invited to present on the panel, Gender roles in the Digital Framework.
